I need to send a text message to a Swiss cell phone from an American cell phone i need to know the area codes?

i need to know the area codes so is it like 011 or what don't i need a country code too?I need to send a text message to a Swiss cell phone from an American cell phone i need to know the area codes?
Thd area code for Switzerland is 41. So you begin with +41 followed by the number of the cell phone. Usually cell phones have the following area codes 076, 077, 078 , 079. Some years ago you could tell, that every 076 number is a number of a cell phone that runs on the provider "sunrise". But since you can take your number to a new provider, you can't be sure that every 076 now is a sunrise number.

So if you send a text message to a Swiss cell phone, dial +4176.... or +4177... or +4178.... or +4179.... (followed by a seven number phone number)I need to send a text message to a Swiss cell phone from an American cell phone i need to know the area codes?
You have to dial the "+" on your cell phone, because the "+" replaces your international access code. As far as I know this is a common standard. You have to press "0" (zero) on your cell phone for a while to get a "+".

You need both a country and a city code. The 011 might not need to be used depending on your phone company. The country code for Switzerland is 41. Try the link I gave you.
