You can use at least 3 different numbers including your primary number. You specify which cities you are going to use the card in, and can have those numbers (with the corresponding area code) available for use in those cities. you can only have one number per sim card. there are some phones that lets you use 2 sim cards at a time so you can have 2 numbers.
