As far as I know, you just dial 1 - area code - phone number. That's what I always do when I call from the US to Canada. What is the dialing format for making a phone call to canada from the USA i.e country codes, area code etc?
Calls to Canada follow the same dialing rules as the US. No international code neededWhat is the dialing format for making a phone call to canada from the USA i.e country codes, area code etc?
A call to Newfoundland %26amp; Labrador CANADA is made in exactly the same way as a call is made in the USA. You start with a '1' + their area code (709) then the seven digit number.
