I ask this because Air Tran charges an "International Airfare Tax" even though PR is NOT international.Are you charged any extra fees from cell phone companies for calling Puerto Rican area codes?
You should call your phone provider to make sure. I called T-mobile and they said my roaming coverage include Puerto Rico.
