What is probablity that one of these area code is divisible by 9?Not visible by 2?

=24 area codes
There are some properties regarding divisibility of numbers by 9 and 2. I don't remember what they are.
Out of these 24 numbers, you'll have to find how many are divisible by 9 and not by 2.
