So my friend is currently in Belize . He wants to call me but I don't want to get charged for international calling. His area code is a USA area code. So if he called would I get charged because he's in Belize right now?Text/calls from out of the USA but have area codes that are USA?!?
If your friend's using something like Magic Jack or some other form of internet telephone which has a US area code, I believe you won't get charged since his/her number acts as if it's in the US.
