Where can I look to find out laws and codes in my local area?

Is there a good website I can look at to learn about the laws in my county, like curfew laws etc?Where can I look to find out laws and codes in my local area?
Some places have their City Code online, others don't. You can call your City or Township hall, and find out if theirs does. Or find the governental website for your area; they should have a link there. Or, if you want to just call your local police or sheriff they can tell you right over the phone about curfew laws, I am sure.
Try the library and ask for your states Criminal Code book. It's a revised book every year which breaks down laws. In Minnesota for example, our traffic laws are under chapter 169 and our criminal codes are under 609.

Curfew is typically a city ordnance, not a law or county ordnance. Again, every state is different. If you choose not to use the library, call the sheriff's office in the county you live in and they can direct you.Where can I look to find out laws and codes in my local area?
