How can i find the new area codes for England?

Hi, this qusetion is for english people. Im trying to call many people from a list of alumni which has old area code numbers, like 061, 207, and new ones which i cant seem to get through to (im calling from outside england). can anyone point me in the right direction to the new area code #s? thanksHow can i find the new area codes for England?

Don't forget also that you will need to prefix the number with an international access code and a country code, if you are in the USA that will be 01144 - but if you are in most of the rest of the world it will be 0044 . then drop any leading zeros from the number.
