has anyone anywhere gotten calls on their cell phones from a 402 area code, when you answer and say anything they seem to listen for a couple of minutes and then hang up. Upon trying to call it back he recording says that the phone number is temporarily disconnected!

Make sure you're on the government's no-call list:

In addition, make sure you're not giving out your phone number to people you don't know or websites. That kind of information travels fast online.Has anyone gotten calls on your cell phones from 402 area codes and had them hang up.?
